These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and services provided by Lampada, located at Sint Jacobstraat 4, 6211 LB Maastricht, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number (insert Chamber of Commerce number).
A contract is formed at the moment Lampada confirms an order or commission in writing or verbally. Lampada reserves the right to refuse an order without giving any reason.
All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated. For orders that have already been confirmed, the agreed price remains applicable.
Purchases made in-store are paid for immediately. For business orders, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery times are approximate. Lampada cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. When purchasing in-store, the risk passes to the buyer at the time of collection.
Products purchased in-store may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Products that have been specially ordered or made to measure cannot be returned.
All products are covered by the statutory warranty. This does not cover defects resulting from normal use, wear and tear, or incorrect installation. For warranty enquiries, please contact us at info@lampada.nl or on 043-351 01 42.
Lampada shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the products supplied, other than where statutory liability applies.

All agreements with Lampada are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent court in the district of Limburg.
