Get it right first time in your living room
Stop searching for the perfect lamp. Lighting works in layers, and every layer counts.
Combine light sources
A single switch for the whole room isn’t enough. Think in zones: a pendant light as a focal point, a floor lamp next to the sofa, a table lamp in the corner. That’s how you set the mood.
Pay attention to the color temperature
Warm white light (2700–3000K) makes a living room cosy and inviting. Cool white light belongs at a desk, not on the sofa.
Choose a bespoke pendant light
Too high and it won’t light up anything. Too low and you’ll bump into it. Rule of thumb: about 2 metres above the floor, or lower above a table or seating area. We’ll help you hang it just right.
